SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Beauty products are shipped with a day. Some orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Apparel and accessories can take between 3-5 days to process. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently and they are coming from our different warehouses.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All orders to The Netherlands are shipped FREE OF CHARGE by standards shipping method.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

CUSTOM, DUTIES & TAXES
Banerra.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
We do not want you to be stuck with a damaged item. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Claims containing an error on our part are covered at our expense.
For clothing line we DO NOT accept exchanges if you order the wrong size or color. Please make sure you check the measurements listed on each product description before ordering.
We DO accept exchanges if we are sending you a wrong size or color than the one you order or factory faulty product.
